# Rerolls

Players are able to swap a Kami in their party for a random Kami in the Vending Machine Gacha Pool. This is referred to as "Rerolling" a Kami and costs one <img src="/files/6NJtlGIbptlh0K7Xmssc" alt="" data-size="line"> **Reroll Ticket**.

Players may choose to reroll a Kami for a variety of reasons, such as:

* Seeking a Kami with overall stronger [Base Stats](/gameplay/kamigotchi/stats.md).
* Seeking a Kami of a particular [Type ](/gameplay/kamigotchi/types.md)or with particular [Traits](/gameplay/kamigotchi/traits.md).
* Punishing one of your current Kami for bad behavior.
