# Scavenging

Scavenging is the process by which you extract useful (and sometimes rare) Items from a room. Each **MUSU** you harvest fills your Scavenge Meter; when the meter is full, you can Scavenge one random item from the room. The amount of **MUSU** required for each Scavenge varies from room to room, though it ranges between 100 and 500.

You can Scavenge as soon as you’ve filled the Scavenge Meter, or you can continue to accumulate **MUSU** and execute multiple Scavenges in one action. The Scavenge bar will indicate how many Scavenges (“rolls”) you have available as well as how many **MUSU** are required for your next additional Scavenge. Scavenging is **free.**
