# Movement and Stamina
To move, you'll need to use the **Map**. The **Map** is divided in tiles called **Rooms** — you can move by clicking on tiles that are adjacent to you. By right-clicking on a tile further away you can use **Auto-Travel**, a feature which executes your moves automatically. You’ll need to move between different tiles on the Kamigotchi **Map** to maximize **MUSU** gains, obtain particular items, and complete Quests.
Every time you move, you use 5 units of **Stamina** (). You begin with 100 units of  **Stamina**.  **Stamina** regenerates at a rate of 1 unit per minute. You can see your current  **Stamina** level in the bottom left corner of the Kamigotchi screen:

There are other actions that can consume  **Stamina** outside of movement, such as [Crafting](/gameplay/items/crafting.md), and there are also purchasable and otherwise obtainable in-game items that can restore  **Stamina** instantly.
