Open the Crafting module by clicking the Crafting icon in the top right of your screen. Here you’ll see a list of items that fall into two categories: Crafting Ingredients and Potions.
You’ll note that each craft provides you with Crafting XP but also costs you points. Take Pine Pollen for example:
To craft 500 units of Pine Pollen you’ll need one Pinecone. Successfully crafting will not you 25 Crafting XP in addition to the 500 units of Pine Pollen, but it will also cost you 10 units of stamina. Note, if your your current stamina points are not greater than or equal to the amount required by the craft, you will not be able to execute it.
Potion crafting requires one or more crafting ingredients and a container. Consider the Grace Potion:
To craft a Grace Potion you’ll need 100 units of Essence of Daffodil and 50 units of Black Poppy Extract. You’ll also need one Plastic Bottle to hold the potion (the Plastic Bottle will be returned to your inventory once the Grace Potion has been consumed). As with Crafting Ingredients, Potions will also grant you Crafting XP and cost you Stamina Points.
You’ll need to procure a Spice Grinder from Mina to take your scavenge drops and break them down into Crafting Ingredients. There are five types of crafting ingredients: Pine Pollen , Microplastics , Essence of Daffodil , Shredded Mint , and Black Poppy Extract . While they may be useful for completing Quests, none of these can be given to your Kami directly. Instead, they must be further processed into Potions.
You’ll need to procure a Portable Burner from Mina to turn your crafting ingredients into Potions. There are five available potions: XP Potion , Greater XP Potion , Respec Potion , Grace Potion , and Bless Potion . Potions can be fed to your Kami directly and provide diverse benefits - you can find detailed effects in the Items Index.
